Permitted Pets at Northwoods

  • Cats and dogs are welcome

  • Up to two pets per apartment home

  • Breed restrictions apply. Reach out to our leasing office for the most current list. Note that these restrictions do not apply to service or support animals approved under the Fair Housing Act. (View here our restricted dog breeds)

Pet Fees & Deposits

  • Pet fee: $450 per pet, non-refundable

  • Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet

  • DNA registration fee: $45 per pet, if required
